As the first point of contact for many students and families, you'll play a vital role in guiding them through the financial aid process while ensuring the efficient administration of more than $50 million in financial aid annually.

What You'll Do:

Guide students and families through the financial aid application process Process financial aid applications and supporting documentation Manage communications by phone, email, and in person Conduct financial aid appointments Coordinate scholarships, grants, and student loan processes Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as institutional policies Support daily office operations and Enrollment Division initiatives Help train and supervise student employees We're Looking for

Someone Who Is:

Friendly, professional, and committed to outstanding customer service Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Skilled with Microsoft Office and database systems An excellent communicator, both written and verbal Able to maintain strict confidentiality Self-motivated and collaborative

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Administrative, banking, or customer service experience preferred Experience in higher education or financial aid is a plus, but not required Why Wabash?
