Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Liaison for Financial Aid to join our team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to support students in navigating the financial aid process, ensuring compliance with educational regulations, and managing student financial information efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in facilitating smooth financial aid operations, helping students access the resources they need to succeed. Role:
This is an onsite, student-facing position. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available. Schedule Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week No nights Two Saturdays per month (alternating with Fridays off) Join our team as a Financial Aid and help students achieve their educational goals! This position focuses on front-end support, guiding students through the financial aid process with exceptional customer service. About Us National Aviation Academy (NAA) has been a leader in aviation maintenance training since 1932. With campuses in Clearwater, FL, and Concord, MA, we provide hands-on education that prepares students to become certified Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanics. Our mission is to support students in achieving their career goals through exceptional training and service. Position Summary We are seeking a Student Financial Aid Liaison to serve as the first point of contact for new students. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and student engagement to ensure a smooth enrollment and financial aid experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist students and parents with financial aid eligibility and documentation Schedule and conduct initial financial aid appointments. Ensure timely completion of student files and maintain compliance with regulations. Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service.
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred) High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred. Minimum 1 year of Financial Aid experience . Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CampusVue experience a plus.
