Primary Responsibilities:

Package student aid in a timely manner for a designated student population.
Award aid to students in compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations, including but not limited to, eligibility tracking, certification and reconciliation of federal and state aid. o Work with Veterans Benefits Certifying Official and the Business Office to verify aid eligibility for military students.
Provide financial aid counseling for walk-in visitors, emails, and phone calls.
Review FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) data and submit corrections as necessary.
Process FAFSA verifications, unusual enrollment history, and professional judgment requests as required; manage and request necessary documents.
Meet with current and prospective students and families regarding financial aid eligibility and requirements.
Disburse all federal, state, and institutional aid. Manage the exchange of electronic files from the Department of Education systems.
Send student communications and reminder letters
Assist in maintaining computer data in all software programs. Utilize reports to maintain accuracy of system data and funds awarded.
Help prepare and present financial aid related topics and materials to students, parents and other community groups.
Attend open houses, Access King, and other campus events as required. Disseminate financial aid information and lead financial aid sessions for students, families, and high school visits.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a strong knowledge of soccer and goalkeeper specific training principles, including technical development, shot stopping, distribution, footwork, and tactical understanding of the position. Strong communication skills and the ability to positively mentor collegiate student-athletes are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Collegiate playing and/or coaching experience preferred, particularly as a goalkeeper or goalkeeper coach. Experience within NCAA environments and familiarity with Conference Carolinas preferred.

1. Housing Operations and Management

Provide strategic leadership for housing operations, including room selection, new student placements, and housing communications for the 350-400 students who live on campus.
Serve as a member on the Off-Campus Approval Review Committee, intaking off-campus applications, reviewing them for policy compliance, and communicating committee decisions to students.
Partner with the Department of Disability Services to review and place students who have housing accommodations.
