Description The Worldwide Operations Finance team is looking for a Senior Logistics Financial Analyst to support the worldwide logistics financial forecast and close process. This critical position is the main focal point for deep analysis, coordination and consolidation of the WW forecast/actual results, and would work closely with regional finance and regional/worldwide operations teams. The ideal candidate would have financial planning & analysis experience in a global or regional role with a multinational company. Previous operations finance experience is strongly preferred. The position creates crucial reporting, analysis, business insight deliverables for senior executives/management. The candidate must be able to clearly articulate the key business drivers related to global freight and duty spend as well as drive down to meaningful details with deep, ad hoc modeling & analysis where necessary. Responsibilities Drive & support the global freight & duty forecast process, provide direction and feedback to regional finance teams Own end-to-end monthly financial forecast analysis and quarter end close duties Contribute to transformation initiatives within Operations Finance, process reengineering & innovation of the areas of responsibilities, streamline deliverables and improve efficiency Support WW Logistics/WW Supply Chain organizations in ad hoc analysis relating to cost drivers and new product costing related to freight Collaborate across multiple functional teams all levels and departments (such as other Finance groups, IS&T, Facilities, Procurement, Logistics Operations, Planning etc.) Minimum Qualifications 5+ years professional work experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar Preferred Qualifications Hands-on financial experience performing budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with flawless attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts

CPA/CMA/MBA
is a plus Expert spreadsheet (Excel) skills Previous logistics and supply chain knowledge Previous experience within a multinational company Experience with database design and script writing Experience with Dataiku, Tableau and/or other data visualization systems Experience with integrated accounting systems (SAP) Audit experience Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $140,700 and $211,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
