Support the product lifecycle through product enhancements, issue resolution, testing, implementations, and new product initiatives
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements and evaluate opportunities
Document business processes and product requirements
Validate product functionality through testing activities
Assist with product launches and implementation activities
Support Treasury and Instant Payments products and services throughout the implementation and development lifecycle
Collaborate with teams across customer service, operations, technology, compliance and legal, marketing, and pricing
Help identify issues and support recommendations for improvement
Prepare professional communications for customers, vendors, and internal teams
Participate in team meetings and share information with coworkers
Maintain accurate data within systems and applications
Support ongoing product enhancements and business objectives What You'll bring...
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience
Payment Systems, ATM and Debit Card, telephone banking, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, or Account Analysis experience is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, customers, and supervisors
Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
Ability to learn new concepts and explain procedures or tasks to others
Ability to prepare professional communications for customers, vendors, and internal teams
