Type:
full-time Rello Search Partners is recruiting for a Financial Analyst - FP&A with our client in Tampa, FL. Our client is a large privately owned company in a fast growing and high demand industry with operations in multiple-states. This position is newly created with high visibility reporting directly to the CFO and will interact with senior management offering tremendous exposure and professional growth.
•This is NOT a remote position. Only local candidates residing within a commutable distance to Tampa and willing to work onsite Monday - Friday will be considered for the position.

Responsibilities:
Prepare, create and analyze financial plans, forecasts, operational information and reports. Compare and evaluate budgets and forecasts to actuals. Evaluate results and variances, identify trends and potential for process improvement Design and implement reports providing analyses for executives and management Analyze results and variances, identify trends and potential for improvement while reconciling issues and/or discrepancies by comparing and correcting data Increase productivity by developing automated applications, eliminating duplicate efforts, and coordinating information requirements Provide information to executives and management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings and analyses, including the use of charts and graphs to illustrate data
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited university required, MBA preferred 2+ years of relevant experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis Must have exceptional critical thinking and communication skills with a high adaptability to a fast paced, results and deadline driven environment required Must be highly organized and detail-oriented while maintaining a high level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism Proficient in MS Office; must have advanced MS Excel skills to include complex formulas, pivot tables and vlookups. VBA and macros a plus
