Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and supporting strategic planning initiatives. Your expertise will help drive informed decision-making and enhance our financial performance across various departments. Duties Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis reporting, profit & loss assessments, and financial statement interpretation. Develop and maintain complex financial projection models to support budgeting and forecasting processes. Prepare detailed financial reports using advanced financial reporting software, ensuring accuracy and clarity for management review. Perform data analysis using Excel data analysis tools to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth. Support regulatory reporting requirements, including SOX compliance and adherence to GAAP and IFRS standards. Assist in strategic planning by providing insights on pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and financial forecasting analysis. Collaborate with accounting teams on corporate accounting functions, including cost accounting, technical accounting, and account analysis. Skills Strong knowledge of financial concepts such as profit & loss management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management. Proficiency with financial software systems and business intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting. Experience with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and regulatory reporting frameworks. Expertise in financial model development, variance analysis reporting, and financial report writing. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Demonstrated understanding of corporate finance principles including pricing strategies, sales analysis, investment evaluation, and strategic planning. Strong quantitative analysis skills coupled with excellent communication skills to interpret complex financial data clearly.
