Summary The Corporate FP&A / Consolidation Analyst supports the enterprise consolidation and corporate reporting function. The role assists with monthly consolidation in OneStream, enterprise roll-ups, board and management reporting packages, and variance analysis, and supports acquisition P&L mapping and reporting onboarding. It is a foundational analyst seat that builds capacity for IPO-grade corporate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Consolidation Support
Assist the monthly consolidation across business units and legal entities; validate intercompany balances and roll-up accuracy in OneStream. Management & Board Reporting
Build recurring corporate reporting packages, variance bridges and supporting commentary. Forecast & Budget Support
Load and validate corporate forecast, budget and long-range-plan inputs. Data Integrity
Reconcile OneStream to source ERP systems; identify and help resolve variances. M&A Integration Support
Assist with P&L mapping and reporting onboarding for acquired businesses. Ad Hoc Analysis
Complete executive-requested analysis and document and improve processes.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
2-4 years of finance, FP&A or accounting experience. Exposure to ERP and/or EPM/consolidation systems preferred. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Equal employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.
