If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Hart seeking Financial Analysts who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Analyze production costs, inventory levels, and operational expenses to identify cost-reduction opportunities. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and insights. Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for manufacturing operations. Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and investment opportunities, performing ROI and payback period analysis. Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve financial performance and process efficiency. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and translate complex financial information into actionable insights. Bonus Qualifications Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Familiarity with manufacturing cost accounting principles (e.g., standard costing, activity-based costing) Knowledge of supply chain operations and their financial impact Certification like CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or equivalent Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Job Titles That Should Apply Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, Equity Analyst, Research Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Junior Financial Analyst, Treasury Analyst, Credit Analyst, Portfolio Analyst, FP&A Analyst Why The Pivot Group Network The Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
