As an Investment Banking Analyst at Quazar, you will play a critical role in the execution of M&A transactions and strategic advisory engagements for founder- and family-owned businesses across a variety of industries. This is a high-impact, hands-on position designed to build your financial, analytical, and client service skills in a boutique, entrepreneurial setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct market, industry, and buyer research to support engagements and business development. Track and analyze M&A trends for client communications and marketing. Prepare financial models, forecasts, valuations, and transaction scenarios. Assist in developing business plans, budgets, and strategic analyses. Support creation of client deliverables (CIMs, presentations, pitch materials). Participate in buyer/seller outreach, due diligence, and transaction documentation. Serve as a responsive point of contact for clients, investors, and partners. Coordinate internal deal team efforts and manage timelines. Perform office duties with attention to detail and contribute across the organization. Attend industry webinars, training sessions, and networking events. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required. Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM familiarity is a plus. Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
