Senior Real Estate Financial Analyst

Job Description

Turnkey Modular Living is a vertically integrated real estate development and modular construction company focused on delivering high-quality multifamily, condominium, and townhome communities throughout New England. We are seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in underwriting acquisitions, evaluating development opportunities, supporting capital raising efforts, and preparing institutional-quality financial models for lenders and investors. Responsibilities Build and maintain sophisticated real estate development and acquisition models in Excel. Prepare project pro formas, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analyses. Analyze land acquisitions and development opportunities. Perform market research, rental and sales comparable analysis. Evaluate project feasibility, IRR, NPV, equity multiple, cap rates, and cash-on-cash returns. Assist with construction budgeting and project underwriting. Prepare lender presentations and investor materials. Support equity raises, debt financing, and due diligence. Monitor project budgets and financial performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Accounting. 3-7 years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, private equity, or commercial real estate finance. Advanced Microsoft Excel financial modeling skills. Experience underwriting multifamily developments. Strong understanding of construction and development budgets. Excellent analytical and communication skills. ARGUS experience is a plus but not required.
