SUMMARY Join a growing organization where you'll play a key role in supporting the finance team through accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close activities. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while contributing to financial accuracy, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process accounts payable invoices accurately and maintain vendor records within an ERP system. Support accounts receivable activities by monitoring outstanding balances and assisting with collections. Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Process customer credits, returns, rebates, administrative fees, and other deductions according to established agreements. Investigate and resolve customer deductions while maintaining thorough documentation and follow-up records. Help maintain compliance with internal financial controls and company policies. Support annual audits, tax-related activities, and financial consolidations. Prepare financial reports, analyses, and other ad hoc reporting to support management decisions. Participate in system testing and finance process improvement or automation initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of accounting or finance experience within a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles. Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end close, and journal entries. ERP system experience required; SAP experience preferred. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
