We're looking for an experienced Finance Coordinator to join our Finance & Insurance team. What You'll Do As our Finance Coordinator, you'll partner closely with the Finance Managers to ensure every transaction is processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with dealership, lender, and state requirements.

Responsibilities include:

Support the Finance & Insurance Managers throughout the sales process Prepare, review, and process finance documentation Ensure all deal jackets are complete, accurate, and compliant Process registrations, titles, taxes, licensing, and DMV paperwork Coordinate with lenders, customers, and internal departments Maintain accurate records and funding documentation Assist in delivering a smooth, professional customer experience from purchase through funding Help keep our Finance department running efficiently every day What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and teamwork—and who understands that every completed deal helps a family begin their next adventure. Qualifications Minimum two years of RV or Automotive Finance (F&I) experience (Required) Previous dealership Finance Office experience required Strong understanding of title, registration, tax, and DMV requirements Exceptional organizational and time management skills Outstanding attention to detail Professional verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Authorized to work in the United States Why Johnson RV?
