Prepare credit memos, risk assessments, and recommendations for loan committees and senior staff. Monitor loan performance, track covenants, and support portfolio reviews and reporting. Conduct market, neighborhood, and project feasibility analyses to inform lending decisions. Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and closing activities with internal teams, borrowers, and partners. Maintain accurate data in lending and portfolio management systems; prepare regular reports. Support development and refinement of lending products, policies, and underwriting standards.
