Job Summary Jimmy L. Davis, are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and drive strategic financial insights across our organization. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and accounting to interpret complex financial statements, develop robust financial models, and support decision-making processes. Duties Develop comprehensive financial models to forecast performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and support asset management strategies. Conduct detailed quantitative financial analysis using spreadsheets and specialized financial software to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Interpret complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Prepare clear and insightful financial reports for senior management, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate informed decision-making. Collaborate with teams on research projects related to real estate analysis, market conditions, and investment management strategies. Manage the construction of financial models for various projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. Lead or participate in team management activities by mentoring junior analysts and supporting team development initiatives. Stay current with developments in financial markets knowledge, investment banking practices, and relevant financial concepts to enhance analytical approaches. Support client communication efforts by presenting findings clearly and professionally during meetings or reports. Qualifications Proven experience in financial analysis within the finance or real estate sectors with a strong understanding of financial markets. Expertise in financial model development, construction of spreadsheets, and proficiency with financial software such as Excel-based tools or specialized platforms. Solid background in accounting principles combined with experience interpreting complex financial statements. Demonstrated ability in quantitative analysis including mathematical modeling and data interpretation. Familiarity with real estate analysis techniques and real estate financial market experience is highly desirable. Experience in asset management or investment management roles is preferred, along with portfolio management experience. Strong knowledge of financial concepts such as valuation methods, risk assessment, and market trends. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; advanced certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus. $126,138.92 - $143,737.20 per year
