Qualifications Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar individual contributor role within a casino or gaming environment, with a comprehensive understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting in a highly regulated gaming setting Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to develop complex financial models, interpret data, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive casino financial performance Deep knowledge of casino accounting principles, regulatory compliance standards, and financial reporting requirements with the ability to ensure accuracy and integrity across all financial analysis functions Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex financial models, reports, and analyses that provide actionable insights into casino financial performance, operational trends, and strategic opportunities Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes by delivering accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial analysis that informs senior leadership decision-making Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting and analysis functions, maintaining strict adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and gaming authority compliance standards
