Location:
Houston, TX, Copperfield area. This is a fully on-site opportunity offering close collaboration with our Accounting Department and senior leadership.
Note:
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of cost accounting experience. A Master's degree, CPA, and/or CMA designation is preferred. Job Description Assist senior accounting leadership with budgeting, operational goals, financial planning, and departmental objectives. Perform financial studies and analyses that help management make informed business decisions. Conduct ratio, trend, and financial data analysis to identify patterns, variances, and potential issues. Apply advanced managerial and cost accounting practices to support financial performance and reporting. Analyze financial results and communicate meaningful findings to leadership. Support special accounting and financial analysis projects as business needs evolve. Maintain accurate, organized financial information while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. 3+ years of cost accounting or closely related accounting experience required. Strong knowledge of managerial and cost accounting practices and procedures. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively. Master's degree, CPA, and/or CMA designation preferred.
