Job Description

Job Summary:

Maximize cash collections (100% net revenue). Control bad debt procedures and policies. Ensure compliance with all government regulations and requirements. Control costs to ensure hospital financial stability. Manage revenue cycle vendors. Improve patient safety and quality. Productive team behavior (service to guests, physicians, and fellow team members). Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum five years' management experience in human resources preferred. SPHR or

CHRM-SCP

certification preferred.

Additional Skills/Abilities:

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient in Excel and Word applications.
