F&I MANAGERAaron Ford of Lake Elsinore | Lake Elsinore, CA Aaron Ford of Lake Elsinore is looking for an experienced, high-performing F&I Manager to join our leadership team. We are seeking a proven automotive finance professional who understands that great F&I performance is built on process, product knowledge, lender relationships, compliance, and an exceptional customer experience. THE OPPORTUNITY
As an F&I Manager, you will play a critical role in both the profitability of the dealership and the overall customer experience. You will work closely with our Sales Managers and sales team to ensure every transaction moves efficiently from the showroom through delivery while presenting customers with financing and protection options that meet their individual needs. The right candidate will be comfortable operating in a high-accountability, results-oriented environment and will have a demonstrated ability to produce strong F&I results without compromising compliance, transparency, or customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Present financing, vehicle protection products, service contracts, GAP, and other available F&I products professionally and effectively. Structure financing options that meet customer needs while maximizing dealership opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, captive finance companies, and other lending partners. Submit credit applications and negotiate approvals and terms with lending institutions. Review deal structure and identify opportunities to improve approvals, profitability, and customer outcomes. Maintain a strong understanding of lender programs, incentives, guidelines, and available finance options. Ensure all contracts and required documentation are accurate, complete, compliant, and processed efficiently. Maintain strict compliance with all applicable federal, California, lender, and dealership requirements. Work closely with Sales Managers and sales consultants throughout the sales process. Help maintain an efficient transition from vehicle selection and negotiation through contracting and delivery. Consistently achieve established dealership F&I performance objectives and key benchmarks. Monitor personal performance, product penetration, PVR, funding, chargebacks, CITs, and other key F&I metrics. Protect the dealership and our customers by maintaining the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and professionalism. Participate in ongoing training and continuously develop product, lender, compliance, and leadership knowledge.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Preferred qualifications include:
Proven automotive dealership F&I experience. 1-4+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance/F&I Manager preferred. Previous automotive sales experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of automotive financing, lender programs, and F&I products. Proven ability to achieve strong F&I production and product penetration. Excellent presentation, communication, and closing skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with Sales Managers, sales consultants, lenders, and dealership leadership. Experience desking automotive transactions is highly desirable. Strong understanding of dealership compliance and ethical F&I practices. Ability to provide professional references upon request. High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred. Valid California driver's license and driving record acceptable under company standards.
