This leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys managing teams, improving processes, and driving accurate financial reporting within a complex business environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly close and financial reporting processes Manage and mentor accounting team members Oversee general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and consolidations Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies Partner with finance and operational leaders across the organization Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 7+ years of progressive accounting experience Previous accounting leadership or management experience Strong SAP experience Manufacturing industry experience Experience with financial reporting, month-end close, and consolidations Knowledge of internal controls and compliance requirements Experience supporting multiple business units, entities, or locations Preferred CPA designation Public company experience Process improvement and transformation experience
