Job Summary A national behavioral health treatment provider is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee billing, collections, payment posting, and overall revenue cycle operations across multiple states and levels of care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, extensive knowledge of behavioral health revenue cycle management, and a proven ability to transition billing operations from a third-party vendor to an in-house team.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, this position will begin as on-site and eventually transition to a hybrid role Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage teams of billers, collectors, and payment posters. Lead the operational transition from outsourced billing services to an internal revenue cycle department. Assist with the implementation and setup of Collab from scratch , including ERA enrollment, configuration, and reconciliation. Monitor billing performance, collections, accounts receivable (A/R), denials, and reimbursement trends. Ensure accurate claims submission, payment posting, and timely collections across multiple states. Develop workflows, processes, and performance metrics to improve revenue cycle efficiency. Collaborate with executive leadership to optimize revenue cycle operations.

Qualifications Required:

Revenue Cycle Management leadership experience within the behavioral health treatment industry.

Required:

Multi-state billing and revenue cycle management experience.

Required:

Familiarity with all levels of behavioral health care, including Detox, Residential, PHP, IOP, and Outpatient.

Required:

Hands-on experience with both KIPU and Collab . Experience managing billing, collections, and payment posting teams. Experience transitioning revenue cycle operations from third-party billing to an in-house department. Strong knowledge of ERA setup, payer enrollments, insurance reimbursement, denials management, and A/R. Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills. Why Join Us?
