Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Description Ponte Vedra Beach company is looking for a Finance Manager. Responsibilities of the Finance Manager will include, but not limited to the following.

Responsible for oversite of all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial policies, standard operating procedures & processes to ensure controls are in place and accuracy and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's assets and earnings.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and financial reporting standards.
Leading the annual budgeting process.
Manage the end-to-end monthly closing processes.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
5+ years of experience.
Analytical problem solving skills.
