From premier vacation rentals to custom home builds and expert real estate services, we prioritize seamless experiences and lasting relationships, guiding clients every step of the way. $65,000-$68,000 /year We are looking for a data-driven, serious, and disciplined professional to join our team as a Full-Time, Assistant Revenue Manager . This critical role helps ensure optimal financial performance across our portfolio of vacation rental properties. You will develop and execute data-driven pricing strategies, assist with inventory management, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent growth and profitability. Reporting to the Revenue Manager, you will work closely with underwriting, sales, and operations to align strategies while maintaining an unwavering commitment to accuracy, high-quality outcomes, and professionalism. You're our ideal candidate if you value structure, enjoy working in a detail-oriented environment, and relentlessly pursue results with a proactive approach. This role is an in-office position located in St. Petersburg, FL , and the Assistant Revenue Manager must be able to reliably commute to and work in our St. Petersburg, FL office.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions, demand fluctuations, and competitor performance. Assist with inventory management across all booking channels to maximize occupancy and revenue per available rental (RevPAR). Develop forecasts and set revenue targets for the short- and long-term, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Analyze booking data, market trends, and competitive benchmarks to identify opportunities for revenue optimization. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance promotional efforts, seasonal pricing strategies, and yield management. Monitor and adjust strategies for different property types and markets, ensuring tailored approaches for each segment. Manage and report on key performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and total revenue. Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners, including OTAs, property management systems, and distribution channels. Provide proactive pricing recommendations based on market and unit performance data. Speak directly with homeowners as needed (by phone, video, or email) to clearly and positively explain pricing strategies, market conditions, and property performance. Deliver insightful, data-backed feedback and recommendations to homeowners on how to improve revenue, such as pricing flexibility, minimum stay adjustments, amenity upgrades, or listing improvements, while building trust and confidence in our approach. Partner with Owner Liaisons to support homeowner conversations around revenue concerns, setting realistic expectations and reinforcing the value of our revenue management strategy. Desired Experience & Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management software, platforms, pricing tools, or other applicable programs. Familiarity with pricing concepts and competitor benchmarking. Ability to build pricing reports and dashboards.
