Prairie Hospitality Group is looking for a part-time Financial Administrator to own our daily financial rhythm — about 20 hours a week , on a flexible, hybrid schedule you help design. You'll work with good people who take the work seriously and themselves a little less so. What you'll do Own the daily financial tasks that keep our restaurants running smoothly Import and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks — banks, credit cards, and vendor activity Keep our books clean, current, and accurate down to the last penny Flag issues early and communicate clearly with owners, managers, and vendors Pitch in as part of a small, tight-knit team What you bring Fluency in QuickBooks — importing and reconciling transactions is second nature to you A proven track record in bookkeeping or financial administration, with references to back it up Deep attention to financial detail — you're the person who finds the $4.17 discrepancy and can't rest until you do Strong communication skills and a genuine team-player attitude Steadiness in a fast-moving, sometimes gloriously chaotic environment — restaurant or hospitality experience is a big plus
