The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will also work with other executives and must be able to work in a team environment with a high attention to detail/organization along with possessing good communication/leadership skills to manage and develop the finance department.

Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Responsibilities:

Lead FP& A activities, including financial reporting, executive presentations, and performance analysis to support business objectives Analyze financial results, key performance indicators, and variances against budget and forecast, providing actionable recommendations to leadership Drive the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and financial modeling to support growth initiatives and strategic planning Evaluate cost improvement opportunities, capital investments, and business initiatives to maximize profitability and return on investment Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and long-term business planning Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team

Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Minimum Qualifications:
