Type:

full-time Lead month-end closing activities, including preparation and review responsibilities for journal entries and reconciliations. Responsibilities Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities, including consolidated financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow reporting, and compliance with GAAP. Prepare annual audited financial statements and related disclosures while serving as a key liaison for external audit requests. Act as the internal resource for financial reporting systems and data integrity, leveraging Epicor ERP , NetSuite , and related accounting platforms to support reporting and consolidation processes. Maintain and enhance the corporate chart of accounts, ensuring consistency across multiple business units and reporting entities. Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows, reporting processes, and system functionality through automation and best practices. Oversee fixed asset accounting, depreciation reporting, and asset tracking utilizing Sage Fixed Assets . Manage complex revenue accounting activities and support compliance with applicable revenue recognition standards across various business operations. Serve as the accounting lead for lease reporting, technical accounting matters, and other specialized accounting transactions. Coordinate statutory reporting requirements and ensure accurate reconciliation between local reporting needs and consolidated financial records. Perform technical accounting research, provide accounting guidance, and partner with auditors and internal stakeholders on special projects and reporting initiatives. Required Skills

MUST HAVE BOTH

technical accounting expertise AND management/supervisory experience Strong ERP experience. Large ERPs like Epicor, NetSuite, SAP. Manufacturing industry experience Pay range and compensation package $120k-140k
