We're looking for a proven automotive professional who knows how to work a deal, close customers, coach salespeople, protect gross, and help drive the performance of the sales floor. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all finance and insurance desk activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Work closely with sales staff to finalize sales contracts and coordinate financing options for customers. Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive financing options. Train and mentor team members to deliver outstanding customer service and meet compliance standards. Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to automotive financing and sales. Analyze desk operations and implement strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Prepare and review daily and monthly financial reports and work towards achieving sales targets. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Desk Manager or similar role in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of automotive financing, insurance products, and contract compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with automotive sales software and finance management tools is a plus.
