The MLO will give prompt attention to inside and outside referrals, while using various digital and external sales methods to build and develop COI relationships. Additionally, the MLO will contribute to loan portfolio growth by promoting the Bank's products and services while increasing the Bank's presence and competitiveness in the designated markets. The MLO will identify and act on cross-sales and referral opportunities for other lines of business, as well as contribute to the overall lending production in pursuit of maximum profitability in partnership with the Commercial Team, Branch Leadership and other Internal Partners.
