RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining dealership production levels
• Early and often involvement during and after the sale process
• Encouraging professionalism through actions and appearance
• Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods and ethics
• Help continue and generate a team environment
• Provide guidance, support and motivation to ensure employees are maximizing their ability and growth potential.
• Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST be a Closer!
• At least 2 years of Automotive Management experience OR
• 2+ years of being a TOP producer
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation / closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
