Job Description
- Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced F&I Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financing and insurance for our customers purchasing vehicles from our dealership.
- Duties
- Manage customer relationships throughout the financing process
- Process loans and contracts efficiently and accurately
- Utilize 10 key typing and basic math skills for financial transactions
- Work closely with loan officers to secure financing for customers
- Negotiate terms with customers to finalize sales contracts
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process
- Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within a dealership setting
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and loan processing
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with F&I processes, contracts, and regulations
