full-time This is a great opportunity for an accounting/finance professional who wants to wear multiple hats, have visibility across the nonprofit, and make a meaningful impact beyond traditional accounting. What you'll do: Oversee day-to-day AP, AR, and bank reconciliations Assist with payroll and month-end close Manage grant allocations and tracking Support the annual audit Oversee purchasing and organizational expenses Develop and improve SOPs, processes, and internal controls Partner with leadership on financial and operational initiatives Take ownership of special projects and process improvements What we're looking for: 2-5+ years of accounting/finance experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Someone who enjoys a hands-on, diverse role and making an impact Interested or know someone who may be a fit?
