Open Road is seeking a high-performing Automotive Finance Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced F&I professional who is motivated to maximize earnings while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership , a strong understanding of lending guidelines and compliance, and the confidence to conduct professional and effective menu presentations. If you're driven, knowledgeable, and ready to take your career to the next level with a forward-thinking dealership group, we want to hear from you. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment, including some evenings and Saturdays. Strong proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We're looking for a finance professional who can build trust with customers, work effectively with lenders and the sales team, and consistently deliver strong results while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership
Strong knowledge of lending guidelines and compliance
Professional, confident menu presentations
Comfortable working some evenings and Saturdays
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and

What You'll Do:
Lead the customer finance process, both in-person and through our digital retailing tools
Present and sell finance and warranty products with confidence and compliance
Collaborate with sales professionals to structure profitable deals
Secure lender approvals and handle title paperwork accurately and on time
Maintain top-tier CSI scores and client satisfaction
Provide expert guidance on DMV laws and finance regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and vendor partners
