This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven F&I professional looking to maximize their earning potential at one of New Jersey's busiest Honda dealerships. With a strong customer base, consistent showroom traffic, and established lender relationships, you'll have the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment while delivering an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Do As a Finance Manager, you will guide customers through the financing process, present protection products, and ensure a smooth and compliant vehicle delivery experience.

Responsibilities include:

Reviewing customer credit applications and securing lender approvals Presenting financing, leasing, and payment options Offering service contracts, GAP, and other value-added protection products Preparing and processing finance documentation accurately and ethically Building and maintaining strong lender relationships Achieving monthly goals for profitability, product penetration, and customer satisfaction Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchase process What We're Looking For Previous Automotive F&I experience required Proven history of strong performance and customer satisfaction Ability to thrive in a high-volume dealership environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills CDK experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Why Join Planet Honda?
