We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Accounting Manager to oversee the daily accounting operations and support the financial reporting process of the organization. This role is ideal for a leadership-oriented accounting professional with a strong background in general ledger accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, and team supervision. The Accounting Manager will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial records, maintaining internal controls, and supporting strategic business initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll oversight Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial transactions Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Support external audits and coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support business decisions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, JD Edwards, or similar platforms Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills CPA designation is a plus but not required
