Requirements:

What You'll Do as a

Finance Manager:

Manage vehicle cash and finance transactions from start to finish Guide customers through available financing, protection products, and insurance options Present finance and protection products clearly, professionally, and accurately Work with lending partners to secure competitive financing options for customers Assist the Sales Manager in selecting the best qualifying financial institution for each transaction Prepare, review, and complete all required finance and purchase documentation accurately Ensure all transactions comply with applicable company policies and federal and state requirements Maintain strong relationships and communication with lending partners Serve as a liaison between the sales team, customers, lenders, and accounting department Assist the sales team in identifying financing options that best fit each customer's needs Maintain accurate, organized, and complete deal documentation Work toward individual and dealership finance performance goals Help provide a seamless transition from vehicle selection through financing and final delivery Work collaboratively with other departments to provide an exceptional customer experience As a

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED 5 years of automotive finance experience Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending, and finance products Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and ability to provide a high-level customer experience Previous additional finance or dealership management experience preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
