full-time Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager We are partnering with a growing, multi-site manufacturing organization seeking an Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager to serve as the senior back-office accounting leader reporting directly to the CFO. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for financial reporting and month-end close across four sites/entities, treasury and cash management, and oversight of the day-to-day accounting team. Key Responsibilities Own month-end close and financial reporting across four sites/entities Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, reconciliations and management reporting Manage treasury activities and cash forecasting , including 13-week cash forecasts Maintain strong balance sheet controls and accounting processes Oversee the Staff Accountant and AP/AR functions Coordinate the annual external audit Improve and standardize accounting processes across locations Partner directly with the CFO on reporting, cash flow and accounting matters Qualifications 8+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong month-end close and financial reporting background Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-site environment Prior experience managing accounting staff Treasury and cash forecasting experience Manufacturing experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller or hands-on Controller who enjoys owning the back-office accounting function and working directly with a CFO.
