Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dealership team. In this vital role, you will lead the financing and insurance processes, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers while maximizing profitability. Your expertise in automotive sales, financial services, and regulatory compliance will drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Duties Manage the entire finance and insurance process, guiding customers through loan options, lease agreements, and insurance products with clarity and confidence Develop strong customer relationships by providing personalized financial solutions that meet their needs and budget Conduct credit analysis to determine appropriate financing options while ensuring compliance with all loan regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and industry-specific automotive finance laws Structure transactions efficiently using financial software like CDK or similar platforms to process deals accurately and swiftly Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other value-added services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability Negotiate terms with lenders, insurance providers, and clients to secure favorable deals while maintaining compliance with all financial regulatory standards Oversee title processing, loan documentation, contract preparation, and ensure all paperwork adheres to legal requirements and dealership policies Maintain thorough knowledge of automotive sales industry regulations and financial compliance standards to uphold ethical practices at all times Experience Proven experience as a Loan Officer or Finance Manager within an automotive dealership or related financial services environment Strong background in automotive sales industry regulations, including TILA, Title processing, and financial regulatory compliance Demonstrated ability in credit analysis, transaction structuring, and deal negotiation with a focus on client communication and customer service excellence Familiarity with dealership management systems such as CDK or equivalent financial software platforms Excellent math skills including basic calculations necessary for loan processing and deal structuring (10-key typing proficiency preferred) Prior experience in upselling finance products while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Knowledge of automotive financing laws, credit analysis procedures, and legal contracts related to vehicle sales Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your expertise will directly impact customer experiences while advancing your career in the thriving automotive industry!
