Accounting Manager Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $33.65 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Complete Accounting Cycle and General Ledger SSCS &QuickBooks Integration Cash, Bank, Credit Card & Clearing Reconciliations Fleet Card & Fuel Vendor Accounting AP, AR & Documentation Payroll Accounting Asset, Expense, Inventory & Department Classification Month-End Close & Financial Reporting Internal Controls, Audit Readiness & Coordination Accounting Manager Qualifications:

5 years of progressively responsible bookkeeping or accounting experience;

AA or BA:

PREFERRED

Strong working knowledge of accrual accounting Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online & MS Office Suite, specifically Excel Experience with SSCS, ADP, fuel accounting, fleet-card settlements, merchant processing and multi-department retail reporting:

PREFERRED
