General Manager Overview:

Keyser Miller Ford is seeking a driven, high-performing Finance Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building customer relationships, and consistently delivers strong production and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers Structure deals in compliance with lender and dealership guidelines Work closely with sales team to maximize profitability per deal Ensure all contracts, paperwork, and funding processes are completed accurately and efficiently Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the financing process Stay up to date on compliance, regulations, and industry trends

Qualifications:

Proven track record as a high-performing Finance Manager (automotive preferred) Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of dealership finance processes, lender programs, and compliance regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Valid driver's license
