F&I Manager Join Our Team as an F&I Manager We're looking for an experienced, motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dealership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional who understands automotive finance, enjoys working with customers, and knows how to maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional buying experience. What You'll Do Work with customers to secure vehicle financing and present available finance and insurance products. Build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions. Review credit applications and structure financing deals. Present vehicle protection products, service contracts, GAP coverage, and other F&I products. Ensure all contracts and paperwork are accurate, complete, and compliant. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and delivery process. Work closely with the sales team and dealership management to ensure deals are processed efficiently. Meet or exceed monthly F&I production, gross-profit, and performance objectives. Stay current on lender programs, finance regulations, and dealership policies. What We're Looking For Previous automotive F&I experience preferred. Strong understanding of automotive financing and F&I products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Professional, confident, and customer-focused personality. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven dealership environment. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
