Product Owner

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of 4+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain or AX Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects, including discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment Strong functional expertise across core D365 modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cost & Project Accounting, Cash & Bank Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions Experience with integrations, data migration, validation, and cutover activities Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and team leadership skills Knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and process audit standards Main responsibilities: Direct the design, configuration, and deployment of D365 Finance and associated modules across the organization Oversee vendor relationships, project teams, and external consultants to ensure successful project execution Develop and execute strategies to optimize financial, supply chain, and operational processes, ensuring adherence to best practices Manage the entire project lifecycle, including discovery, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support Maintain system health through issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement Champion user training, change management, and documentation efforts to maximize system adoption Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Finance, Operations, IT, and executive leadership to develop scalable, standardized solutions
