New Holland Auto Group, a trusted name in the community and a multi-brand automotive dealership, is seeking an Experienced FinanceInsurance (F&I) Manager . The ideal candidate will lead the dealership's finance and insurance operations, ensuring a seamless and compliant process for our customers while maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Present financing, leasing, and insurance options to customers in a clear, ethical, and compliant manner Maintain strong relationships with a variety of lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive terms Offer and sell vehicle protection products such as extended service plans, GAP insurance, and tirewheel packages Ensure all deal paperwork is accurately completed, submitted, and funded in a timely manner Achieve and exceed dealership F&I performance targets and product penetration goals Stay up to date with federal, state, and local regulations regarding vehicle sales and finance compliance Collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline the customer buying process Utilize the ReynoldsReynolds DMS for deal entry, contracts, reporting, and compliance tracking Conduct regular training with the sales team to improve F&I referral quality and product understanding Handle customer questions and resolve any finance-related issues quickly and professionally
Qualifications:
Experience in automotive finance and insurance management preferred, but not required ReynoldsReynolds or other dealership management systems experience is a plus Understanding of lending structures, credit applications, and F&I product offerings Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Knowledge of federal and state compliance regulations (e.g., Truth in Lending, Privacy Act, Red Flags Rule) Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check Experience working in a multi-brand dealership environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
