Apply Now Job Description Copilot said: A client of Insight Global's is looking for a Manager, Revenue Operations to lead a team of 3-4 analysts supporting business intelligence, reporting, and strategic decision-making within DaVita's Revenue Operations organization. This person will oversee analytics initiatives, partner with stakeholders across the business, and translate complex operational challenges into actionable insights that drive performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience, revenue cycle knowledge, and a background in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence. This role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and will play a key part in developing analytical capabilities, mentoring analysts, and helping guide business strategy through data-driven decision making. - Demonstrated experience leading analytical, reporting, business intelligence initiatives.
- Experience translating complex business problems into data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Experience using analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, data warehousing technologies, or similar platforms.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes through analytical problem solving and communication.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Direct people leadership experience.
- Experience within healthcare revenue cycle or healthcare operations.
