Summary We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team in Northwest PA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting our mission of delivering top-notch service to our customers. Responsibilities Oversee or actively participate in accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and budgeting. Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes. Supervise and mentor accounting staff to enhance team performance. Develop and implement effective accounting policies and procedures. Assist in annual audits and tax preparation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role. Proficiency in accounting software. Strong knowledge of budgeting, payroll, and bookkeeping practices. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Supervisory experience preferred but not required. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
