Available Help for . Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, accounting activities, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have proven accounting management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership, vendors, and internal teams. This position requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, professionalism, and flexibility. Prior accounting management experience is required. Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial activities.
Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to maintain accurate financial records and generate reports.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial records.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Monitor budgets, expenses, cash flow, and financial performance.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
Review invoices, payments, deposits, and other financial transactions for accuracy.
Coordinate and assist with annual budgeting and financial planning.
Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, assessments, and other financial transactions.
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, financial institutions, and vendors as needed.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, policies, and reporting requirements.
Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner.
Maintain organized and confidential financial records.
Provide financial information and reports to management and leadership as requested.
Assist with process improvements and implementation of efficient accounting procedures.
Perform other accounting and financial management duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
2-3yrs of prior experience in accounting management.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Work Arrangement
