Duties Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting. Lead the preparation of detailed financial reports, including budgets, variance analyses, and performance metrics. Oversee accounting operations to ensure adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulatory standards. Manage mergers & acquisitions activities, including due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies by conducting regular audits and reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes using advanced spreadsheets and financial software tools. Provide expert guidance on tax accounting matters and support external audits to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial statements. Communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders and clients, fostering trust and informed decision-making. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel spreadsheets for detailed analysis and modeling. Strong experience in financial model development, analysis skills, and project management capabilities. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles such as GAAP, tax accounting, and industry-specific financial regulations. Familiarity with financial software systems used for reporting, compliance tracking, and data management. Demonstrated ability to lead mergers & acquisitions processes from initial assessment through integration. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an accessible manner. Experience in auditing procedures, financial regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of financial integrity. Pay:
$113,367.91 - $126,314.05 per year
