Your expertise in building strong relationships and your outgoing personality will shine as you present tailored financing options, offer valuable products like service contracts and GAP, and ensure seamless financial transactions. You'll guide customers through the entire finance process while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

Assess customers' financial needs and present payment options that suit their goals Introduce and sell beneficial products such as service contracts, GAP, and other ancillary services Ensure all paperwork is completed in a legal, ethical manner, fostering strong lender partnerships Meet or exceed monthly targets for F&I income, penetration, and customer satisfaction Provide excellent mentorship and leadership within the team

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager with a stellar CSI track record Self-motivated, high-energy with an engaging personality Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a process-driven environment Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team Valid driver's license and a passion for providing exceptional customer service #JD4
