Corporate Finance Manager Req #1833 Willow Park, TX, USA Apply Share Job Description Posted Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 1:00 AM Responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and evaluating activities related to the financial strength, strategic direction, and operational performance of the company. Serves as a senior finance leader in the development, implementation, analysis, and monitoring of financial plans, capital allocation strategies, and enterprise initiatives. Provides strategic recommendations and presents complex financial analysis to executive leadership, board members, investors, lenders, and external stakeholders. Drives continuous improvement across financial operations, analytics, forecasting, and business performance management.
Essential Responsibilities :
Provide senior leadership, mentorship, and direct managerial oversight to finance team members, fostering professional development and high-performance standards Partner cross-functionally with accounting, marketing, sales, operations, engineering, strategy, and executive leadership to drive corporate initiatives and strategic objectives Lead evaluation and execution of financial improvement initiatives, capital structure optimization, and long-term financial planning strategies Collaborate closely with field finance teams to align operational performance with corporate financial objectives Oversee the integration of budgets and forecasts into sophisticated financial models to produce projected financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and other critical financial analyses Review and validate financial models, assumptions, and analyses for accuracy, consistency, and strategic viability Lead monthly and quarterly financial review meetings with executive leadership and provide actionable business insights Identify, develop, and implement enhancements to financial analytics, reporting capabilities, systems, and business partner support functions Lead and support the evaluation of capital projects, strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate development opportunities Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of capital markets, including equity, debt, and financing structures Build and maintain a robust understanding of industry trends, operational drivers, and competitive market dynamics through ongoing field engagement and learning sessions Develop comprehensive technical knowledge of the company's products, services, and operational capabilities Support investor relations, lender communications, and presentations to external financial stakeholders as needed Attend and successfully complete company training and leadership development programs deemed necessary for continued professional growth Drive process improvements, operational efficiencies, and financial best practices across the organization Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by executive leadership
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced graduate degree strongly preferred 8-12+ years of progressive finance, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, hedge fund, or related financial services experience required Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred Extensive experience with valuation methodologies, financial statement analysis, and advanced 3-statement financial modeling required Strong understanding of operational metrics, field operations, and performance analytics Experience supporting executive leadership and interacting with investors, lenders, board members, and external advisors preferred Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting/analytics tools Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with exceptional attention to detail Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and presentation skills Demonstrated interest and experience in management, strategic development, operations, and unconventional oil & gas preferred Superior history of academic, professional, and/or extracurricular achievement

Operates in a professional and/or business casual office environment. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, photocopiers/scanners, and smartphones. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
