Compensation Range:

$120,000-$150,000, depending on production and commission model Position Summary As a Financial Intelligence and Investigations Manager, you will lead financial intelligence and investigative analysis engagements while overseeing the development, review, and productivity of Financial Intelligence Analysts. This role combines advanced analytical work with leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will be hired based on evaluation of the candidate's experience, technical expertise, and demonstrated leadership capabilities. Expectations for this role include solving complex financial disputes, managing multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring the quality of client deliverables, mentoring team members, and helping drive business outcomes through engagement management. You will serve as a subject matter resource for analysts and clients while maintaining responsibility for the accuracy, clarity, and defensibility of Data Sleuth® work product. Prior testimony experience is not required for this role. However, the successful candidate will be expected to develop expert witness testimony experience as part of their professional growth while employed in this position. What You'll DoLead Financial Intelligence Engagements and Financial Investigations Direct complex financial analysis engagements involving financial and non-financial data. Design analytical approaches to answer client questions efficiently and accurately. Review financial account datasets, comparative analyses, flow-of-funds analyses, anomaly identification, and draft investigative findings. Exercise sound judgment in complex engagements by evaluating ambiguous facts, weighing alternative explanations, identifying analytical risks, and determining the most appropriate course of action. Ensure findings are supported by sufficient documentation and thorough analysis. Manage and Develop Team Members Supervise Financial Intelligence Analysts and Senior Financial Intelligence Analysts. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship. Detail review analyst work product and provide constructive feedback. Assist team members in strengthening investigative, technical, and communication skills. Foster a culture of mastery, accountability, and continuous improvement. Quality Control and Technical Review Perform detailed reviews of reports, schedules, dashboards, exhibits, and supporting workpapers. Ensure adherence to the Data Sleuth® Process, methodologies and documentation standards. Validate assumptions, calculations, conclusions, and supporting evidence. Maintain consistency and quality across client engagements. Help improve quality-control procedures and review processes. Manage Workflow and Resources Coordinate analyst assignments across multiple engagements ensuring completion by promised deadlines. Monitor workload, utilization, and project timelines. Identify resource constraints and proactively adjust assignments. Ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality. Client and Attorney Interaction Participate in client meetings and prepare case-planning. Explain complex analytical findings to clients, attorneys, fiduciaries, and decision-makers. Assist in defining project scope and identifying required analyses and data sources. Help clients understand investigative results and analytical conclusions. Support Business Operations Manage engagements efficiently to achieve revenue and utilization objectives. Participate in scope development, budgeting, and proposal preparation. Support business development initiatives. Collaborate In Person Work closely with leadership and team members in our Salt Lake City, Utah or Tulsa, Oklahoma offices. Required Experience Candidates should possess significant experience in one or more of the following: Forensic accounting Financial investigations Internal audit with extensive analytics responsibilities Litigation support Fraud examination Financial intelligence or investigative analytics Additionally, candidates should demonstrate experience: Managing or supervising professional staff Reviewing work product of other professionals Managing multiple client engagements simultaneously Preparing client-facing reports and deliverables Leading complex analytical projects from initiation through completion Preferred Qualifications CPA required CFE, CFF, MAFF, or comparable forensic credential preferred Expert witness or litigation-support experience preferred Advanced Excel and data-analysis capabilities Experience involving: Asset tracing Embezzlement investigations Trust and estate disputes Partnership disputes Fraud investigations Financial misconduct matters Family law disputes How Success Is Measured Quality and accuracy of team deliverables Timely completion of engagements Revenue production and utilization Effectiveness of technical review Client satisfaction Contribution to Data Sleuth® growth and culture

HIRING PROCESS

Candidates will be invited to complete a sample project requiring data entry, data normalization, joins between datasets, and following instructions within the Data Sleuth® process. 5. Candidates selected from step 4 will be invited to a video interview with Workman Forensics Forensic Accounting Directors.

Pay:
