Base + Incentives/Bonus About Us Bell MedEx is a leading provider of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions. We partner with healthcare providers, clinic owners, and medical groups to optimize their billing operations, ensure compliance, and maximize revenue. We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and strategic Client Relations Manager to serve as the primary bridge between our healthcare clients and our internal RCM operations team. Role Overview As a Client Relations Manager, you will be the face of our company to physicians, practice administrators, and hospital leadership. Your primary goal is to ensure exceptional client satisfaction, retention, and clear communication. You will translate complex RCM data into actionable insights for healthcare leaders while collaborating internally with our billing and coding teams to resolve client needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Leadership:
Serve as the primary point of contact for doctors, clinic owners, and practice managers, building long-term, trusted relationships.
Bridge Client & Operations:
Act as the liaison between client leadership and the internal RCM operational team to ensure alignment on KPIs, workflows, and expectations.
Performance Reporting:
Conduct regular monthly/quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients to present key performance metrics (e.g., A/R days, denial rates, collection ratios).
Issue Resolution:
Proactively identify client pain points, investigate operational bottlenecks, and coordinate swift resolutions with internal RCM leads.
Client Onboarding & Retention:
Oversee the onboarding process for new accounts and proactively manage client retention strategies.
Value Addition:
Identify opportunities to help healthcare providers optimize their operational workflows and introduce complementary services where beneficial.
Qualifications & Requirements RCM/Medical Billing Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare billing, or healthcare practice operations required.
Account Management Background:
Proven track record in client-facing account management, business development, or client success within the healthcare space.
Executive Presence:
Strong communication and presentation skills, with comfort level interfacing directly with physicians, medical directors, and healthcare executives.
Data Literacy:
Ability to interpret RCM reports, financial metrics, and operational dashboards to explain performance clear and concisely.
Problem-Solving Skills:
High emotional intelligence, conflict-resolution ability, and a collaborative mindset.
